Rick Lois qualified as a Barbados Champion in June, 2006, by gaining CCs from Michael Quinney, Keith Thornton and Eileen Patricia Hollings. At most of the shows Rick has been handled mainly by Laurie Beckles (an Akita owner).
Mike Quinney said of Rick "Has excellent breed type. Correct coat and undercoat. Strong body of correct propotions. Head, expression and dentition very good. Moved well".
